Account Deletion

You can delete your AHWF app account and ask us to delete your personal information at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open the AHWF app → Profile → Delete my account, then confirm with your password. Your app login is removed straight away.

Or ask us

Email info@aussiehomewaterfiltration.com.au or call 1300 265 179 from the email address or phone number on your account and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your app login, password and notification settings
• Your device notification tokens
• Marketing preferences and contact details we hold only for marketing
• Unused reward points

What we keep

Where the law requires it, we keep records of installations, warranties, invoices and payments (for example for tax and warranty purposes, usually 7 years). These are not used for marketing.
